Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa via third-party courier services. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We will not be held liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the courier service selected at checkout and your delivery location. Typical delivery timeframes are:
Major metros (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban): 2–4 business days
Other areas: 3–7 business days
Orders are dispatched only after payment has been received and confirmed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been handed over to the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on the dimensions, weight and destination of your order. The exact cost and available courier options will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, you may refuse the delivery. By signing for and accepting the delivery, you confirm that the package was received in good external condition.
Risk
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery (i.e. when you or your authorised representative takes physical possession of the products).
