By powering the unit with an 802.3at PoE+ source, you can pass power directly to another device, such as a UniFi Protect camera, reducing the need for extra cabling and simplifying outdoor installations. Operating on the 5.8GHz band with a high-gain 19dBi antenna, the UDB-Pro delivers throughput up to 867Mbps over long distances with a focused 12-degree beam-width.
