The unit is housed in a professional, matte black metal chassis that looks as good on a desk as it does in a server room. It includes rack-mount ears for easy integration into standard 19-inch cabinets. Powering the device is flexible, supporting either a standard DC jack or Passive PoE input, while Port 10 provides PoE passthrough to simplify your cabling by powering another device. Please note that the SFP+ port is optimised for high-speed modules like the SFP-AOC5 and does not support passive DACs or 1GB copper SFP modules.
